About Miles Up
Miles Up is an aerial studio located at Highdown Secondary School. in Reading, Berkshire.

Miles Up was founded in 2022 by Milena Martinez. Having fallen in love with aerial when living in London, Milena struggled to find a studio locally and so decided to open her own right here in Reading. Offering beginner to advanced classes for silks and hoop and an expanding range of conditioning classes, such as strength Pilates, Milena and the instructor team are here to support and grow your practice.

My Story
Milena set up Miles Up (guess where the name comes from...?) inspired by her experience learning aerial circus in London. She became an aerial fan after she tried aerial silks in Flying Fantastic in London, however when she moved to Reading in 2019 and couldn't find any places that offered aerial circus classes she felt something important was missing in her life! Still passionate about it, she decided she needed to do something about it...!
Aerial silks is her favourite discipline but she also likes rope, hoop, and has tried straps and trapeze a couple of times. Do you want to come to learn and have fun while you get fit with her?
